Thor (Marvel) dies, and Storm is left to rule Asgard through some war, and she’s doing really successfully, but is killed in battle. Before being taken to Valhalla she’s given opportunity to not only go and wreck shop, but also to bring Thor back to Asgard, but she has to win (I know that doesn’t make sense, you can’t win at Valhalla, but hear me out). This would be a great story.
